This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the two products offered by Third Space LLC: voluntary donations on the spacejunkview.com website, and purchases of the "Space Junk View VR" app on the Meta Horizon Store.

The website is free to use. Any donation you make is voluntary and non-refundable — it is a gift that helps keep Space Junk View free, not a purchase of goods or services, and we do not provide refunds for donations.
Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or an obviously unintended amount — contact us at joshua@thirdspaced.com with the date and amount, and we will review it in good faith and work with our payment processor (Stripe) to correct genuine errors.
The $9.99 "Space Junk View VR" app is sold through the Meta Horizon Store, and purchases are governed by Meta's refund policy, not by Third Space LLC. To request a refund for an app purchase, use Meta's store refund process: see Meta's Horizon Store refund policy. Meta sets and administers the eligibility window and conditions for those refunds.
