These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the spacejunkview.com website and the "Space Junk View VR" application (together, the "Service"), provided by Third Space LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is an interactive 3D visualization of publicly available satellite and orbital-debris data, with related educational content. Data is sourced from public providers (see About & methodology) and refreshed periodically. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service and all data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any safety-of-life or operational purpose as described above; (b) interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, our backend, or our data providers (please cache responses and avoid excessive automated requests — see the API terms); (c) misrepresent the source or accuracy of the data; (d) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or any third-party data provider's terms; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The Service's software, design, and original content are owned by Third Space LLC. Underlying orbital data is courtesy of CelesTrak and carries CelesTrak's attribution and use terms; Earth imagery is courtesy of NASA. Those datasets remain subject to their respective providers' terms, and we claim no ownership over them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA, NOAA, the U.S. Space Force, CelesTrak, or Meta; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Website may offer an optional, voluntary donation processed by Stripe. Donations are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details, including how the paid Quest app's purchases are handled by Meta.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Third Space LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reliance on the data it presents — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
